  1. dough: mix backing powder with flour.
  2. add 150g butter, salt and 1 egg and mix it properly.
  3. then put the dough in a backing form.
  4. make the edge 1 centimeter high.
  5. then prebake it for 20 minutes.
  6. filling: cook spinach in 100ml water for 10 minutes, fry garlic and onion in a pan, add the spinach, chopped tomatoes, the rest of the butter and 125g cream and spice it with salt and pepper.
  7. then put the mixture on the dough.
  8. topping: mix 1 egg with 125 g cream, spices and the cheese and pour over the filling.
