Butter Brickle Ice Cream Layered Dessert

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Stir together butter and cracker crumbs in bowl.
  3. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 5 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until cool.
  6. Beat milk and pudding in another bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until thickened.
  7. Add ice cream; continue beating until smooth.
  8. Pour evenly over cooled crust.
  9. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  10. Beat chilled whipping cream in chilled bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until soft peaks form.
  11. Spread over pudding mixture; sprinkle with crushed candy.
