Turkey Sausage

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Spray a non-stick skillet w some Pam.
  4. Fry patties, browning on both sides.
  5. When nearly cooked, add water, cover, and cook a minute or two more on low heat to cook through.
