Chicken Or Shrimp Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe

  1. While boiling, mix together: 1 (8 ounce.)
  2. low fat cottage cheese or possibly Ricotta cheese 1 tbsp.
  3. parsley, minced 1 tbsp.
  4. garlic pwdr
  5. Dry noodles and lay out flat, spoon mix proportionately over noodles and roll up.
  6. Place in 8 inch baking pan and cover with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till done.
  8. This is low in fat and calories and only takes 45 min.
