Easy Soy Milk Hot Pot with Rich Miso Great for Your Skin
- 400 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 Onion (grated)
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 5 grams Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 500 ml Soy milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 1 pack Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1/2 Carrot
- 2 Cod fillets
- 2 slice Aburaage
- Heat the soup ingredients in the pot over low heat.
- Combine the meatball ingredients and set aside.
- Slice the Chinese cabbage into easy-to-eat pieces, the leek into diagonal lengths, and the carrot into rounds.
- Remove the stem from the mushrooms and break them up.
- Slice the fish fillets into halves or thirds.
- Put everything except for the fish in the pot and let it simmer.
