Angel Lush Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cracks feel dry.
  4. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Mix dry Jell-O pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.
  7. Gently stir in Cool Whip; spread onto cupcakes.
  8. Top with berries.
  9. Store in refrigerator.Each cupcake provides: 0%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 2% DV calcium, and 0%DV iron.
