Angel Lush Cupcakes
- 1 package angel food cake mix
- 1 package Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 can Dole Crushed Pineapple in Juice
- 1 c. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 c. assorted fresh berries
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cracks feel dry.
- Cool cupcakes in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
- Mix dry Jell-O pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip; spread onto cupcakes.
- Top with berries.
- Store in refrigerator.Each cupcake provides: 0%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 2% DV calcium, and 0%DV iron.
