Simple Sweet 'N Sour Meatball Simmer
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) frozen fully cooked meatballs (1/2 of 680-g pkg.)
- 3 cups frozen mixed pepper strips
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
- Combine all ingredients except rice in large skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
