Yogurt Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 300F Spray 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over bottom of pan.
  3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, egg whites and vanilla.
  5. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  6. Add yogurt and flour.
  7. Beat on low speed until smooth.
  8. Carefully spread batter over cookie crumbs in pan.
  9. Bake 1 hour.
  10. Turn off oven; cool in oven 30 minutes with door closed.
  11. Remove from oven; cool 15 minutes.
  12. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
