Chicken Noel with Love from Mama

• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
• 1 box Fresh Mushrooms, Cleaned And Sliced, 6 Ounce Box
• 1/4 cups Cooking Sherry
• Salt And Pepper, to taste
• 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 1 pinch Paprika

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, mushrooms, sherry, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
3. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 rectangular baking dish.
4. Pour sour cream and soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F, covered with foil.
7. Serve over rice with a cooked vegetable or salad.
