Manicotti Ole'

  1. Cook beef until no longer pink.
  2. Add beans, chili powder and oregano.
  3. Cook manicotti shells in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. You want them still a little firm for stuffing.
  5. Spoon beef mixture into shells; arrange in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  6. Combine water and picante sauce; pour over shells.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  8. Uncover; spoon sour cream over the top.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives.
  10. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
