Turkey Ham Casserole With Raisins And Pineapple Recipe
- 3 c. diced cooked turkey ham
- 1/2 c. minced raisins
- 3/4 c. canned pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, cut into rings
- 1 c. pineapple juice (from the canned pineapple)
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 3 tbsp. lite soy sauce
- Put the turkey ham in casserole; arrange onion and green pepper rings over it.
- Arrange pineapple and raisins on top.
- In a saucepan, heat pineapple juice and vinegar.
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, mustard; add in to warm liquid.
- Stir till it thickens.
- Add in lite soy sauce and sugar; pour over casserole.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Serves 6.
