Chilled Curry Pasta with Daikon Radish and Honey
- 2 servings Pasta
- 1/5 Daikon radish
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 can Canned corn
- 1 Mixed veggies
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 sections Japanese curry roux
- 1 Diced almonds
- Boil the pasta until al dente and then soak in ice water.
- Grate the daikon radish.
- Put the grated daikon radish, drained tuna, and honey into a pot.
- When it comes to a boil, stop the heat.
- Add in the curry roux and dissolve.
- When the roux has dissolved completely, turn on the heat to low and let it simmer.
- Add the canned corn with the juices.
- Add the mixed vegetables and mix everything together well.
- Stop the heat and place the pot in ice water to chill.
- Top the pasta with heaps of the sauce from Step 5 and it's done Optionally, sprinkle with some roasted almonds to increase the fragrance and your appetite.
