Tacos Verde, Blanco, Y Rojo(Green, White And Red Tacos)

  1. Cook onion in the 1 tablespoon oil until tender; stir in tomato sauce, peppers and salt.
  2. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken or pork; heat thoroughly.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. In small skillet, heat the 2 tablespoons oil.
  6. Holding tortillas with tongs, dip each tortilla in the hot oil for about 10 seconds or just until limp. Drain on paper toweling.
