Quick Blueberry Crisp
- 4 tsp. low-fat butter flavor spread
- 4 graham crackers (2-1/2-inch square), crushed
- 4 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- MELT spread.
- COMBINE graham cracker crumbs with spread and brown sugar.
- Set aside.
- PLACE blueberries in a microwave safe baking dish.
- Top with crumb mixture.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH for 30 seconds or until heated and bubbly.
- DIVIDE into 4 equal servings and top each with 1 Tbsp.
- COOL WHIP.
