Deviled Upside Down Corn Bread Recipe

• 2 (4 1/2 ounce.) cans deviled ham
• 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
• 1 recipe corn bread mix

1. Mix deviled ham with onion; spread on bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Top with corn bread batter.
3. Cook at 400 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till bread is golden.
4. Serve with warm mustard cream sauce.
