Savory Chicken Stuffing Bake
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried parsley
- paprika and watercress sprigs for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but do not let stand as directed on package. In 12 x 8-inch baking dish spoon stuffing down center of dish, leaving space on sides of stuffing to arrange chicken.
- Arrange chicken pieces around stuffing, overlapping if necessary.
- In bowl combine soup, milk and parsley.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes.
- Uncover; bake 10 minutes more or until chicken is done.
- Garnish with paprika and watercress if desired.
