Turkey Stuffing
- 2 cup diced celery
- 2 cup diced onion
- 4 cup diced chestnuts
- 4 box Mrs. Cubbison's cornbread stuffing mix
- 14 1/2 oz chicken stock
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 stick butter
- 1 cup raisins
- Follow chestnuts for stuffing recipe.
- In a large mixing bowl, add onions, celery and chestnuts.q
- Soak the raisins in hot water till they are plump.
- Mix
celery, onion, chestnuts, stuffing mix, chicken, white wine, olive oil, butter, raisins
