Turkey Stuffing

• 2 cup diced celery
• 2 cup diced onion
• 4 cup diced chestnuts
• 4 box Mrs. Cubbison's cornbread stuffing mix
• 14 1/2 oz chicken stock
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
• 2 stick butter
• 1 cup raisins

1. Follow chestnuts for stuffing recipe.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add onions, celery and chestnuts.q
3. Soak the raisins in hot water till they are plump.
4. Mix
