Adobo
- 1 whole black peppercorn
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon vinegar (or fresh lime juice)
- Crush & mix first 3 ingredients in a mortar.
- Mix crushed ingredients with remaining ingredients.
- Rub seasoning into meat thoroughly & set in the refrigerator or several hours.
- This is enough for about 1 pound of meat or poultry.
