Quick Cheese Fondue
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 pkg. (450 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- Mix first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan.
- Add Velveeta; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Add shredded cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until melted.
- Transfer to fondue pot or small slow cooker set on low heat.
