Shrimp Tortellini
- 2 cups sliced zucchini
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup real butter
- 3 pressed garlic cloves
- 4 cups cooked cheese tortellini
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Combine shrimp, olive oil and 1 clove garlic and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Saute' zucchini, mushrooms, onion and remaining garlic in butter.
- In separate pan, add shrimp, lemon juice, worcestershire, and soy sauce;cook until shrimp is heated through.
- add cooked tortellini and vegetables - serve.
