Easy Cheesecake

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water; add cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Place in refrigerator to set slightly.
  3. Crush crackers to make crumbs; add 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
  4. Place graham cracker crumb mixture in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Save about 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  6. Whip chilled milk; add 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
  7. Add cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  8. Pour over crumbs and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  9. Place in refrigerator overnight.
