Custard Peach Pie Recipe

• 1/4 c. flour
• 4 fresh peaches or possibly 2 1/2 c. canned
• 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 tbsp. butter

1. Mix together.
2. Put in pie crust.
3. Top with a crumb topping consisting of:

flour, peaches, sour cream, vanilla, egg yolks, sugar, butter
