Warm S'Mores

• 16 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch), divided
• 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
• 2 tsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• 16 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1. Place 8 cookies, flat-sides up, on microwaveable plate; top with next 3 ingredients.
2. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
3. or until chocolate is almost melted.
4. Cover with remaining cookies; press down lightly to secure.
5. Microwave 30 sec.
6. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
7. Serve warm.
8. Or, cover and refrigerate 5 to 10 min.
9. or until filling is set.
