Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  1. Boil chicken for 20 minutes in water seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Take half of water used in boiling the chicken to cook broccoli until tender.
  3. Combine soup and mayonnaise well; set aside.
  4. (Add a little water if too dry.)
  5. Spread prepared rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch, lightly greased pan.
  6. Arrange broccoli on top of rice.
  7. Place chicken on top of broccoli.
  8. Pour soup and mayonnaise mixture over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese liberally over casserole and sprinkle paprika for accent.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes (uncovered).
