Crispy Wafer Layered Orange-Mango Dessert

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
  2. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square pan; stir in mangos.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cereal in food processor or blender; process until cereal forms fine crumbs.
  5. Add butter, granulated sugar, flour and egg white; process until mixture forms soft dough.
  6. Spread onto parchment paper-lined 15x10x1-in baking pan; freeze 5 min.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Immediately cut pastry into 12 squares; cool completely.
  10. Unmold gelatin into cutting board.
  11. Cut into eight equal pieces.
  12. When ready to serve, stack three pastry squares on each of four dessert plates, layering a gelatin piece between every two pastry layers.
  13. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
  14. Top with the whipped topping.
