Broiled Bluefish Fillets With Mayonnaise Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler and oil a shallow baking pan large sufficient to hold fillets in 1 layer.
  2. Smash garlic with salt and in a small bowl stir together with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.
  3. Arrange fillets in pan and spread mayonnaise proportionately over tops.
  4. Broil fillets 3 inches from heat till just cooked through, about 7 min.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
