PHILLY Savoury Tartlets
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Brick Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- MIX crumbs and cheese, sprinkle onto bottom and sides of greased muffin cups.
- Shake pan to remove excess crumbs.
- BEAT cream cheese, brick cheese, and flour with electric mixer until blended.
- Beat in eggs just until blended.
- Place 1 Tbsp (15 mL) mixture in each muffin cup.
- BAKE at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes or until set.
- (Tarts will puff during baking then deflate on cooling.)
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
- (Recipe makes 48 tarts - refrigerate remaining filling and bake additional tarts as muffin pan is available.)
