PHILLY Savoury Tartlets

  1. MIX crumbs and cheese, sprinkle onto bottom and sides of greased muffin cups.
  2. Shake pan to remove excess crumbs.
  3. BEAT cream cheese, brick cheese, and flour with electric mixer until blended.
  4. Beat in eggs just until blended.
  5. Place 1 Tbsp (15 mL) mixture in each muffin cup.
  6. BAKE at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes or until set.
  7. (Tarts will puff during baking then deflate on cooling.)
  8. Cool 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
  10. (Recipe makes 48 tarts - refrigerate remaining filling and bake additional tarts as muffin pan is available.)
