Big E's Super Mac and Cheese

  1. Heat 12-inch nonstick saute pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage to pan; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add garlic and chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cook 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, bring 6 cups water to boil in 2-quart stockpot.
  9. Add Macaroni to boiling water; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  10. Drain macaroni.
  11. Add to ingredients in saute pan.
  12. Season with Italian seasoning.
  13. Stir in Cheese Sauce Mix, butter, milk and VELVEETA.
  14. Cook 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is thickened, stirring frequently.
  15. Serve immediately.
