Turkey Lasagne(Serves 8)
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. green olives
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3 c. cooked diced turkey
- bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Mix noodles, soup, milk and poultry seasoning.
- Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese.
- Heat; add olives, onion, green pepper and parsley.
- In a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking pan layer noodles, cheese, turkey and sauce.
- Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
