Fresh Fruit Puree
- 2 cups fresh raspberries or strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Puree the berries in a blender.
- Strain into a small bowl through a fine mesh strainer.
- Mix in the sugar.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
