Homemade Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown meat, onion and bell pepper in medium pan.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Pour meat into crock-pot.
  4. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  5. Cook in crock-pot on low.
  6. Heat all day (about 6 to 8 hours) or on high about 3 hours.
  7. During last 30 minutes to 1 hour, add cheeses and stir well.
  8. Serve over spaghetti noodles or ravioli (if sauce is too thick, add a can of water).
