Easy Mexican Dish Recipe

  1. Saute onions, meat and tomato sauce until done.
  2. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce.
  3. Layer in large baking dish: tortillas (dipped in sauce), meat mix (sauteed), grated cheese, olives and beans.
  4. Pour 1/2 Rosarita enchilada sauce over this, then add in another layer.
  5. Top with cheese and olives.
  6. cover with foil.
  7. Heat in oven 15 min.
