Chocolate Crispies Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 squares chocolate, melted
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1.
- Cream the butter and sugar, then add in melted chocolate.
- 2.
- Beat in the Large eggs till thoroughly blended.
- 3.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and the vanilla.
- 4.
- Pour into a 9-inch greased and floured pan, sprinkle top with finely minced nuts.
- 5.
- Bake in a 325 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
- 6.
- Mark into squares and remove from pan.
- Yield: 1 9-inch cake to be cut in squares.
