Asian Grilled London Broil

  1. Rub the London broil evenly on all sides with the olive oil, followed by the spice rub.
  2. Preheat a grill to high heat.
  3. Let the London broil stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Grill it for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Transfer it to a serving platter and place a sheet of aluminum foil loosely over the top (of the meat, not the whole platter).
  6. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes, and then slice it very thinly against the grain.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Refrigerate and enjoy any leftovers for up to 3 days.
  9. There are tons of spice rubs sold in cans and jars these days.
  10. You can literally use any that says Asian, Szechuan, Japanese, etc.
  11. If you are using a rub with no salt, youll definitely want to add a bit.
