Shane's Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 12 cup dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- 4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- Cook spaghetti according to box directions.
- Skin and debone chicken and set aside.
- Mix soup and milk and set aside.
- Melt 2 T butter in small saute pan.
- Add garlic and mushrooms and cook till bubbly.
- Add wine to saute pan and heat thoroughly.
- Melt remaining butter and mix with breadcrumbs.
- In medium bowl, combine spaghetti, chicken, soup mixture and saute mixture
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into greased 8x8 casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
