Six-Bean Casserole
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni slices
- 1/2 lb. kielbasa, sliced
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can hot chili beans
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 1 can lima beans, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 6 slices bacon
- Form Italian sausage into 1-inch balls and brown in skillet. Drain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients except bacon in 5-quart casserole.
- Partially cook bacon and lay on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
- Makes 16 servings. Great for picnics.
