Creamy Black Forest Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, slightly beat 1 egg.
  3. add cake mix and butter; stir until well blended.
  4. Press mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13 - inch glass baking dish.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine confectioners sugar, cream cheese, and remaining 2 eggs; pour over cake mixture.
  6. Spread pie filling over cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until outer edges are lightly browned and center is almost set.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Cover and store in refrigerator.
  10. Serve at room temperature.
