Mike'S Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 16 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (32 oz.) and 1 (16 oz.) jar(s) Ragu spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- garlic powder
- oregano
- Boil noodles according to directions.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Brown meat.
- Drain grease.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Mix Ricotta cheese with egg.
- Spoon a little Ragu on bottom of a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Layer 1/2 noodles, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, meat and Ragu.
- Make 2 layers.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
