Mushroom & Bacon Triangles

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature, according to pkg directions.
  3. Mix egg and water.
  4. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
  5. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
  6. Add mushrooms, onions, garlc and thyme and cook until mushrooms are tender and liquid evaporates.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in Swiss cheese and cream cheese.
  9. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
  10. Roll each sheet into 12" square and cut into 16(3") squares.
  11. Place 1 tablespoon mushroom mixture in center of each square.
  12. Fold squares to form triangles.
  13. Press edges to seal.
  14. Place 2" apart on baking sheet.
  15. Brush with egg mixture.
  16. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
