Ham Balls And Noodles

  1. Combine ham, bread crumbs, onion, dill, milk, mustard, egg and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil and margarine.
  5. Brown ham balls.
  6. Remove ham balls to serving platter or dish.
  7. (Can be put in a baking dish and baked in a 325u0b0 oven.)
  8. Blend flour into ham drippings; gradually add water and stir until thick and smooth.
  9. Add sour cream and pepper.
  10. Heat through, but do not boil.
  11. Place noodles on platter; cover with ham balls.
  12. Pour sauce over ham balls.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
