Easy Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage
- 4 1/2 pounds corned beef brisket
- 2 each onions quartered
- 1 each cabbage head, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups water
- Combine ingredients in your Crockpot or slow cooker in a removable liner with cabbage on top.
- Cut meat to fit, if needed.
- Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours; high 6 to 7 hours or auto 6 to 8 hours.
- Optional: add carrots and potatoes to make and even more complete meal.
