Low Fat Cranberry Almond Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
  3. Spray loaf pan(s).
  4. If making one normal sized loaf, cook 55 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. When making mini loaves, cook 30 minutes.
