Cream of Fruits soup

  1. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and stir in the fresh cream Boil for around 2 minutes Add salt.
  2. Thicken with cornstarch.
  3. Add the mixed fruit and heat through.
  4. You can serve hot or refrigerate for 10-15 mins before serving.
