Creamy Lemon Gemelli

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Add cream cheese and milk; stir 2 min.
  4. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
  5. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
  6. Parmesan.
  7. Add pasta to sauce with zest; stir until evenly coated.
  8. Top with pepper and remaining Parmesan.
