Hot Tomato Pie

  1. Cover bottom of crust with pesto and layer toppings, artichoke crumbled over the top.
  2. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and spices.
  3. Put in a 400F oven bake 10 minutes, then shut off heat and bake 10 more.
  4. Let cool before serving or the tomatoes will melt the roof of your mouth.
