Hot Tomato Pie
- 1 Frozen pre made pizza crust
- 5 tbsp Pesto (lemon olive oil basil garlic)
- 1/2 cup Diced heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Thin sliced kale
- 1/2 cup Diced mushrooms
- 1/2 jar artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 Salt pepper mrs dash about a pinch
- Cover bottom of crust with pesto and layer toppings, artichoke crumbled over the top.
- Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and spices.
- Put in a 400F oven bake 10 minutes, then shut off heat and bake 10 more.
- Let cool before serving or the tomatoes will melt the roof of your mouth.
