Asian Mushroom Burger
- 1 pound Ground Beef (chuck Preferred)
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger (use Microplane Grater)
- 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pound Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 pieces Burger Buns

- Combine the ground beef, 2 Tbls soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and black pepper in a bowl.
- Use your hands to thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
- Divide and shape the mixture into 4 burger patties.

- Prepare the grill for direct heat.
- Or you can use a large frying pan or grill pan.
- Cook the burger 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.

- While the burger is cooking, cook the mushrooms.
- Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the butter and swirl to coat.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until the mushrooms have browned and softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the 1 tsp soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, cook an additional 1 minute.
- 4.
- To serve, assemble each burger with lettuce, tomato, burger, mushrooms.
- You can serve your favorite condiments at the table.
