Pineapple-Raisin Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Beat eggs in large bowl.
  3. Blend in pineapple juice concentrate, butter and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well.
  5. Stir in pineapple, pecans and raisins.
  6. Spread batter into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until firm.
  7. Cool completely on wire rack.
  8. Cut into bars.
  9. Store in tightly covered container.
  10. Makes 16 bars.
