Wild Rice Chicken Casserole

  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. Cook chicken till no longer pink inside
  3. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
  4. Mix two rices together, cook until tender
  5. Put rice into large mixing bowl
  6. Add seasonings, tomatoes, soup, and sour cream
  7. Mix well,
  8. Add cubed chicken and stir
  9. Add velveeta, stir
  10. Place mixture into glass baking dish
  11. Sprinkle shredded cheese in top
  12. For microwave, set on 80% power, cook for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted on top
  13. Serve and enjoy
