- 6 ounces soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (see note)
- 3 tablespoons soy protein isolate (see note)
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Put the soy milk in a blender.
- With the blender on low speed, add the ground flaxseeds, soy protein isolate and blueberries.
- Increase the speed until ingredients are well blended.
- Yields 1 serving with 200 calories and 24 grams of protein.
- Note: These ingredients are available at some supermarkets and many health food stores.
