BBQ Brisket

  1. Mix sauce and liquid smoke.
  2. Pour over meat in glass baking dish.
  3. Bake covered with foil at 275 degrees for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
  4. Chill Overnight, then bring to room temperature before slicing.
  5. Heat in juices saved from baking.
